I glued four rics to a rock and now want to move them to other locations in my tank, what is the best way to do this?

The two lower ones colors are not as vibrant as they were in this photo so. I want to move them where the lighting is not as bright. Another issue I have is some of the rock I want to move them to is half buried in the sand.

It looks like you can take the rock out of the water. That will certainly make your life easier! Try to pry them off with a toothpick - one of those ones with the flat end if you have them. If that doesn't work combine that with using a sharp exacto knife to cut the foot as close to the rock as you can. It would be even better if you can cut through the rock to leave a piece attached to the ric. If that won't work you'll need to have some type of small container with small rocks and/or rubble for the rics to attach to.

I moved a couple of a rock eight days ago; one has attached to some gravel and the other is close. I think. See my thread below . . .
