I'd offer a hand but unfortunately I work.

I dont know how long your current tank has been up but if it has been a year or more I always try to remind people its a good idea that if you're transferring to a new tank to put in a new sand bed- it just really prevents any cycling from happening if using the old sand bed.

If its the same tank even replacing it is good or just avoid trying to stir up the sand too much.
