Moving to Hawaii

I'm going to be living in Hawaii for about 2 years... does anyone know if it's legal to keep a reef tank there? Or even fish only?

Corals are not legal in Hawaii, however, some softies are. You can keep a fish only tank.

which island? yes fish only is allowed

moving to waikiki... my guess was fish only... i plan to bring some dry rock with me and do a fowler... would keep softies if permitted, but don't want to get on the wrong side of the law.
