MP10 on 1/2" thick acrylic

Getting a new tank in tomorrow but totally spaced on my mp10 glass thickness. Googled and ive seen some people that half them on 1/2" acrylic working but they were old threads. So im looking for up to date info, so anyone running one on half inch thick acrylic?

To answer my own question, in case other people were wondering, yes it does work on 1/2" acrylic.

They do but, sometimes mine will "pop" off the acrylic. Doesn't seem to be a problem unless I shut them down, when I turn them back on they jump. Once going, they are fine.
