I have a MP10wES that has some cracked coating on the shaft, so it's making some noise.
Is it better to buy the new base w/shaft for $20 or is there a chance that the impeller will be damaged where it rides on the shaft........and get a complete new wetside for $62?
I can't see any damage in the hole with a light in back of it to light it up, but it's so small it's hard to say for sure.
