Mp10W driver issues.

After I program my Mp10, it keeps defaulting back to the constant mode. The mode button doesn't work or the dial, after it defaults back to the constant mode. If I unplug the power supply from the driver, the mode button will work. I can then set the mode I want but it defaults back again after 1min. It's been sitting in the box for the last 6 months. The unit only has a few months of use on it. Is there a way to re-boot the thing? Any help would be appreciated.

That is a very unusual issue. Have you tried performing a soft reset on the controller? If not, please hold down the "Mode" and "Set" buttons until the controller flashes Red/White/Blue. From there, hold "Mode" until flashing Red/Purple. Finally, hold the "Set" button. The controller will then reset and you should have full functionality.
