MP10wes 1mo old stopped working

Hello,

Have my mp10wes for one month. Lil loud for my taste but working ok. Get home today and it's completely off. I check the driver and it was very hot. So I unplugged it for a while and after about an hour plug it in again. Driver light flashed once and that's it, not doing anything else.

So now I'm stuck with no flow in my tank and no backup pumps.

Suggestions?

That is a very unusual issue, I would recommend calling our customer service today. We will be able to replace the necessary components to resolve the issue.
