My MP10wes wireless indicator is flashing. I didn't notice this until I upgraded firmware. Is this normal or is there something that I need to do to avert any future problem. It seems to be running fine.

A flashing wireless indicator means that your VorTech doesn't have a schedule programmed, is not following a programmed schedule, or is in "live demo" mode. Once you program a schedule to your pump you will notice that the wireless indicator breathes white.
Do you mean "blue"?
I think I have mine setup correctly with the programming. The control knob is yellow because I have it set up to alternate between Reef Crest and Lagoon mode and turning the knob has no effect on the speed of the pump. The wireless indicator on mine is breathing blue. Is this correct?

Mine is breathing blue as well. It seems to be following the programmed schedule. It switches between Reef Crest then TSM back to Reef Crest and finally Lagoon mode.
