MP40 ESL help

Please help me figure out why this keeps happening. This is the 6th time this week that my MP40 has disconnected from EcoSmart. I do plan on calling customer support tomorrow, but wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this and what the workaround is. This is was an upgrade to the wetside and controller.

It seems like that unit may be receiving some interference or is getting it's buttons pressed and causing it to loose connection. In either case, I would recommend power cycling the pump. From there, disable the buttons on your controller by selecting the "Gear" icon next to your MP40 under the "Devices" tab.

Alex I can rule out buttons being pressed as the controller is in a locked cabinet, and I've also considered RF interference, but the pump ran just fine for 2 months and I've added no additional components to my tank or anything around the house.
