Mp40 quit working

I have the older MP40w and shut the power off of it while doing a water change. As i plugged it back in, it was flashing (not sure what color it was) and not running the wet side. unplugged/plugged back in and I might of heard a pop and then no power to it. No lights flashing either. What can I do?
Send it in for repair or can another controller be used on this one?
Is there a service number I can call?

You are able to call in directly to troubleshoot the issue with your pump by calling 1-800-785-0338 Ext. 2
