MP40w stopped running

I noticed today that one of my MP40w pumps stopped running. When I looked at the controller, the light bar was not lit as it normally is, but just had a small little bit of light coming from the corner of the bar. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. The controller light bar blinked in several colors, and I thought it was ok, but the light bar then went out. I plugged in the power supply of another MP40w but that didn't help. Does the controller need to be replaced?
