MP60s

I posted this to customer support but would like to resolve this as soon as possible: My mp60s were set up as master/slave in reefcrest mode. The slave lost power momentarily and the master began flashing red/green with no blue led indicators. I tried to reset (pressing mode and set keys) and it kept flashing red/green. I disconnected the power to both...still red/green flash on master pump. How do I reset?

Red/Green flashing on any VorTech will indicate a stall error meaning the dryside is unable to spin freely. I would recommend removing your wetside from the aquarium and giving it a very good cleaning. Start by soaking the wetside in a 50/50 hot water and vinegar bath. From there, completely disassemble and clean all components on the wetside. If you continue to have an issue, please let our service department know.
