MRC3 Skimmer--Testing the Waters

Anyone interested in buying a MRC3 Skimmer? Has 2 Injectors, Ozone Port, bottom cup drains into a Waste Collector that is easily cleaned (no removal of main cup).

Would you sell the skimmer separate from the waste container? How tall is the skimmer and does it have a quick release option? Any pics? I currently have an old MR-2 with an extended riser but I'd love to upgrade seeing that I have a new Iwaki 70RLT. Let me know.

I would probably sell the whole skimmer and pump at the same time if not separate. The skimmer works great but I'd like to use my new pump as mentioned before. PP sorry I'm hijacking your thread.

Skimmer is a total height of 32.5". Risers are 18". Collection cup 6.5"x6.5". The top on the skimmer cup is broken--that needs to be replaced. Otherwise the skimer looks great!

I have several people interested in the skimmer in the used Eqpt. forum, that will also buy the collection cup, so I'd like to try selling them together.

Any idea how much a replacement skimmer cup would be? Looked on the MRC site but couldnt find anything.

Alright...I'm out of the running, pretty much the same as what I currently have with the exception of the dual becketts. I am looking for a newer one with the quick release upgrades. Thanks for the pics and the heads up. Good luck!

You wouldn't need the whole cup, just the rims. I'll contact the company tomorrow & find out the scoop on that.
