Munnid Isopods Gone

My tank is barely 6 months old now and overall doing quite well. I've got a bunch of healthy corals in there along with 2 clowns. Parameters are good. I had a bunch of Munnid Isopods running around all over the glass and rocks. About a month ago I my pump and skimmer got clogged up with cheato and that triggered some red slime on a few spots on the sand. I treated the tank with the red cyano rx, cleaned out the pump and skimmer and fired everything back up. The red stuff is gone, skimmer is back to doing its thing and I noticed my pods are gone. I had a ton of them and now I can't find one. I do see what I think is a bristle worm every now and then in the rock and maybe another creature or two but no pods. I also added a UV about 2 weeks ago but i doubt that would kill off the pods. Could the red cyano rx killed off by pod population?

Also should mention that before the red cyano rx treatment I took some LR from my DT to add to my QT for cycling reasons and my 10 gal QT has tons of pods all over the glass. I think they must have just hatched or something because there are hundreds of real small ones all over. I suppose I could reintroduce that LR to my DT but not sure I want to do that just in case.
