Mushroom dislodged itself

Its a 125. The Koralia's are on either side of the tank with the return lines facing inward towards the middle of the tank. The returns are Locline with a 1 1/2'' angle end.

Looks like Colombian Shark Cats. It is nice to see some in a proper setup for a change. Usually they get condemned to live out life in an undersized freshwater tank.

They are very common in freshwater stores. Not so common in saltwater stores, oddly enough.

I always thought it would be funny to do a tank like a freshwater but with mollies and Colombian sharks and maybe a scat and then a pair of clowns. With the fake plants and bubbles... Just to make ppl scratch their heads

More to your question though... I would have to agree the torch likely got a sweeper tentacle to it too many times and it jumped ship. I have the do it by my frogspawn. Iterestingly though, if you allow the mushroom to get too close to the flesh at the base of the euphyllia, the mushroom will win. I just lost a head of frogspawn in a thriving colony because a mushroom krept too far up the stalk and I thought for sure it would be fine

Yes those are Colombian shark cats. They are just over two years old. The biggest one is 13"ish, they are actually going in a 220 with the Lionfish pretty soon, they keep knocking over my corals. I've had them with mollies, for a little while as they ended up being lunch. They have been raised from babies in freshwatet into brackish then into full Marine.

I'll try and make some room soon. I've gotta get my Monti out anyways and into my sps tank before the sharks kill it anymore.
