Mushroom fragging question

Just curious. Can you cut all mushrooms into quarters like you'd do with discosomas? Curious if yumas or other shrooms are more sensitive to being chopped up?

Usually I cut mushrooms in half and then in half again after they heal for a week or so, but to each their own. Yumas tend to be a little more sensitive and I wouldn't cut into 4 pieces right off the bat.

Thanks! I would assume rhodactus are fine to slice and dice, they seem pretty tough. I was just concerned about the yumas.
