Mushroom moving.

Gives Bad Advice.
I placed a few mushrooms randomly around my tank when i first started it up and now that they've settled and everything has started to establish well I was wondering if there was a way to remove the foot of the mushroom from the rocks that they've become attached to so i can move them to somewhere that fits better with my aquascaping.

You could cut low on the base of the mushroom with a razor if you are willing to try it. It's possible that a new one will grow from the leftovers on the rock when you cut it and the ones you transplant will survive as well.

getin them off the rock is realy hard. just use a razor to propogate most if it off and let it attach to rubble then glue it to were you want it. the remaining flesh will almost always grow into new mushrooms.

if you cant get it to attach to the desired rock, then after it attaches to rubble, super glue it.

i use krazy glue gel for my propogations.

try not to get any on the mushroom itself, glue the frag to the rock and return to water after a few seconds. it "flash cures" when it hits the water. and 90% of the time the glue will hold.
