Mushroom? will it be ok here?

Will this Mushroom live ok on top/between the live rock? this is where it landed and attached. it is half way up the tank on top/between the LR. It is about 2"in diameter. Also could you ID the Mushroom? I have been told 3 different things.

Yep, like a weed! I have some that are six inches below the water line and some that are on the sand they will grow just about anywhere. Under 250w de MH

Look like an hairy mushroom, need an closer picture of it. It will be happy there unless it decide to move to other place.

Looks like a red shroom. It will grow anywhere.

looks like a brown hairy shroom and it landed there itself and it's staying there itself so it must like it.
