Mushu's 180 build

Hey guys, well I was going to create an Acrylic tank but I just didnt have the time and the amount it would cost to get the acrylic here and the time to build the tank was almost as much as i got the tank for.


Equipment

• Reeflo Dart for the return
• Coralife 1100 GPH for the skimmer
• Precision Marine Bullet 3 skimmer
• 2 Coralvue 250 watt MH ballast
• 1 Icecap 250 watt ballast
• 3-15K XM 250 watt bulbs
• 2-48" 20 K VHO
• Alot of rock

There is going to be more added. We are in the middle of re doing our whole basement so its a work in progress.

The tank wont be able to be setup until the piano movers come and move the piano.

sorry it was the end of senior year i was really busy. I have been home for like 5 days this whole month. im sorry about it. We should start work on it towmorrow

All the water and things in buckets.

A base we made to support the tank higher which will be hidden.

The tank room which has new pumps in it and some new things are going to be added before i leave for college.

About halfway full...

The makeshift lighting rack which will be re done in the near future.

There it is. That area is going to be all refinished and such making an impression of the tank which is built into the wall. Everything will be hidden and a new lighting rack. Also a air duct is going to be placed in the new hood which will lead to outside.
