My 2 Rics

So I bought my first rics about a week ago. I seem to spend endless time staring at them and I am happy with how they are looking so far.

My question is... can they be overfed? I tend to feed my tank once or twice a day. Just mysis shrimp. But without fail every time I feed at least one full shrimp lands on each of my rics. They grab it and gobble it down no problem.

Is there any downside to them eating at least once a day? I have noticed both of them look like they are begining to split... not sure if it started at the LFS or since I brought them home.

Ill be sure to post some pics of them once I take some more recent ones.

I doubt they would eat too much, but overfeeding can lead to poor water conditions. Rics are cool.....where are pics? Did they split?

They seem to grab everything that lands on them and eat it. I dont think I am over feeding since 99% of the food my fish eat. I just happen to feed the fish directly above them and without fail at least one will grab a mysis everyday.

Here are some pics of when I first got them. They are both quite a bit bigger now. I am actually suprised how much they've grown. I can clearly see 2 mouths on each of them. The lower one has completly covered the frag plug it was on and the part that is folded up goes almost completly across and the other mouth is just on the other side.

My orange one was more of an oval shape when I got it. Now it is more round. If you look at the orange one, just to the right there is a little purple mushroom with like 4 or 5 blue stripes, can anyone ID this?
