My 2-way powerhead mod

In the bottom middle of my tank I have a powerhead that blows water, to the left, behind the rocks to get some flow back there. I do not have any water moving behind the rock pile on the right side of my tank, and don't want ANOTHER power head inside the tank.

So this was my solution. I can now have water blowing both directions with one power head.

Thats sweet! I just happen to have 2 of those power heads laying around, and one is dead!

How does it work? have you had it in the tank? That would work good in my tank inside of the rock work. Nice MOD.

It works good. I just made it tonight and only tried it in a bucket. I still need to do some minor adjustments, so that things fit a little more snug before I glue it.

I finished all the little trimmings and glued it together. It works great and both sides are fairly even. One side seems to blow a little more, but barely noticable. Very happy with the results. I also glued to suction cups to the back to make it stick to the glass better.
