You have to change your IP address and then you can do anything you want. I re-registered about 6 times and posted but then the powers that be threatened a lawsuit for harassment if i did not cease my madness.
But the short of it is, yes you can read the threads.

I just remembered. The Sudbury libraries IP address is banned from the BRS.
