My acans closed a week ago and wont open back up?

Last week my large acan was stung by my anemone and since then has not opened back up? He was open full and growing like crazy until last week he was stung by the anemometer I moved him to the other side of the tank which has the same light/flow however he refuses to open back up to his old happy ways! Any recommendations please ? He has shrunk up and refuse to open up... ?

Time is going to be you #1 factor here. You could give a nice dip to help with any possible disease that may have founds it way in during the corals weakened state but feed it feed it feed it and it should come around.

i say ditch the nem, its going to happen again! besides acans are much more apealling to the eye than a nem... bah :uzi:
