3 hermits

1 cleaner shrimp who is alot of fun.
I am loving the reef tank hobby and can't wait to upgrade to a cadlights 25 gallon.
I have two black and white baby clowns that are in qurantine. I am upgrading to the cadlights in like 4 months so I know it is going to be a little crowded, but wekkly water changes should do good.
Here are my pics.

I am aware that I need a algae scraper. snails have done a good job and have little algae.

Beautiful corals in there. Tank looks great. Maybe try a few pics with the flash off. You might get a better color representation that way. ;)

yeah I am going to do that I will repost the pics. I put the black and white clowns in there. I can't wait to upgrade to the awsome cadlights 25 gallon. I am planning on adding 3 blue chromis to the tank.

I oove mine, he has a lot of personality and is very hardy. He is very close to my clowns it seems he enjoys them very much. Do you think it would be to much of a load to add 3 chromis to my 25 gall this summer plus all my current fish?

Someone in the reef fish forum said that he put multiple chromis
in his large tank and they beat eachother up until there was just one. Never had one myself so you might want to ask over there.
Plus bioload wise that would be pushing it, I'd get maybe 1 plus a smaller fish (firefish or sand sifting goby).

yeah your probably right. I will just stick with my stock and add a little fish down the road such as a sunrise dottyback or something.

If you want a peaceful dottyback I have one called a Blue Bar Pseudochromis.

He's totally peaceful towards other fish but has killed 7 peppermint shrimps.

I had 3 green chromis who got along perfectly when I had my old 75. None of them ever nipped at each other. I've never seen them be aggressive toward anything.

yeah thanks guys. I think I need to add more color to my tank. I need to add some red, blues, and pinks to my tank. What would you guys recomend?

What type of lighting are you running? If you had more actinic lighting, some LPS woud look great in it. Alien Eye Chalice right in the center would look good. Just my opinion, if you had more actinic, the colors of what you already have would pop out.

So, your running PC's? Now this is just my opinion, if you had one of those Viper hang on lights that put out 70W with a 14K or 20K bulb, the colors would jump out at ya. I used to have a 40gallon tall with a 250W 10K Ushio over it. Things would grow a little faster with the 10K but I wanted the colors to pop out. So I switched to a 20K bulb and man did the colors pop out. Some things i didn't even know had color and when I did the switch, there was color radiating from them. With that spectrum of a bulb, things will grow a little slower. But your tank won't look bland either. www.nanotuners.com
