my ballast

is there anyway that i can test my ballast? I got a ice cap 250 mh ballast and i hooked up the quickconnect to the mogul and it didnt work and it seems like its hooked up correctly but im not getting any power to the bulb?

hey Johnny do you have the right bulb with the right ballast?some are pu;se start and wont fire I know its a nightmare if you dont know what you are doing like i was just ask around I still dont know what bulbs will work with what ballat/

im pretty sure cause i got a ballast from jj that is an ice cap and it runs the bulb fine but the new one does not?

icecap ballasts should be able to run any type of bulb.

thats what i was thinking i dont know what could be wrong i will try to rewire it
