My BTA went into hiding

I added a BTA to my tank last night. I placed him on a rock that I didn't realize has a hole in the back. It appears he craweled through the hole and is now behind my rock. He is pretty young and very small. I can not see him and do not really want to pull all the rock out of my tank. What are the chances he will come back to the front of the tank?

Very good probably just acclimating to the enviro. mine does this from time to time esp. if i move the powerheads. When i changed to MH's he his for a week.
