My Calcium is 541ppm and my Alkalinity is 5.1 dKH... What's going on?

So I just set up my CA reactor, and doing a baseline reading. My Calcium is at 541ppm, and my Alkalinity is at 91ppm, which is 5.1 dKH.
I'm using Hanna digital meters.
I use reefers best salt, my last water change was 6 days ago, about 10 gallons. I do a water change every 7-10 days.

Why does my calcium seem high, but my alkalinity low? Had I been dosing or something I figure I might be able to account for this.
Should my readings even out now that I am using a reactor? I am using ARM media in the reactor.

PH is 8.6

Should I be worried at this point? Or does it sound like my meters are off maybe (i'm getting a second opinion as soon as I can)?

Just a point of reference, hanna calcium meters are notorious for reading high with the calcium. Something with the water if I am not mistaken...Not sure about your alkalinity though, maybe someone will chime in though..Mght want to just double check with another test kit on the calcium.
