MY first acro, PE question

Hey all,

Well, i got my frist acro ever last night and i have a question about how long the polyps are supposed to be. at the moment they are half as long as the corallite itself.

1. Is this as long as they get?
2. Is this PE healthy or no?
3.If not, what problems cause there to be no PE?

acros in the wild mostly show FPE at nite when nutrients are in the water and polyp nipping fish are sleeping

a day after putting an acro in a tank and getting some PE is a good thing.

but how much longer will these polyps extend or are they at a healthy length right now?

i dont believe there has been any guidelines set as far as x-lenght of polyp = y-health
