Hey guys! New to the forums but I had a question, just introduced this candy cane coral to my tank and it’s been puffing up so much it seems like it’s about to pop! Any ideas?

Puffing up usually means it came from a brighter environment but that doesn't mean turn your lights up. Puffy is happy IMO.
Thanks so much for the reply! My lights are set to an acclimation period currently, I’m running a XR30 G5, kind of a smaller tank lagoon style around 27g so hopefully it adjusts well, I really appreciate the reply!

Tell us a little more about your tank. We love photos 📸
It’s a UNS Aquariums 75S (29.52”x17.72”x11.81”) with a Trigger Systems Crystal 18 sump, I have an MP10 on there with my Radion XR30 G5, it’s been running for just a few days short of a month now and just has LPS coral and some invertebrates in it! Still deciding on fish options even though I’m planning on waiting a few more weeks (already have a clown/nem tank) so I’m still deciding on what I’m going to add! Thinking a banded possum wrasse and after the tank has matured quite a bit I’ll go with two dragonets

Here’s a photo without any of my lens filters on, will have to upload one when I’m home with some light correction lenses!

Thanks for the interest!
