My first raw edit with Lightroom

Just downloaded and will be purchasing very soon, extremely satisfied. This is done with the standard kit lens.

Nice choice in going with Lightroom! It's all I use, unless I need a composite image. So easy to do batch processing. Watch the tutorials and PLAY PLAY! Nice image here, cool details!

Far from a macro lens, that is the el cheapo kits lens from when I bought a 350d years ago. It's non USM, non IS 18-55 lens. Using a 450d now.

Took it handheld, here are my settings

1/125
ISO 800
55mm Focal length
Flash

I'm still learning my way around Lightroom, but think I'll be very happy with it. Tried Elements but didn't care for that.
