my fish are dying

hi, so i had the tank for about 90 days everything was fine till a week ago the tank got filled with algae
and yesterday one of my fish got sick and was sitting on the side on the tank which died and my other fish which was fine died too, i reduced the lighte to decrease the algae but its not working

ph 8.8
nitrite and nitrate 0
phosphate was 0.5 and 15/25/2015 but jump to 10 on 01/08/2015
salinity 1.025
dkh 13 on 15/25/2015 now its 16
1 clown fish 1 yellow tang 1 Kaudern, 3-4 snail
had 2 clown fish 1 of them dies and my fire fish dies as well

55 gallon tank
eheim filter
leather coral
and my flower pot died too

entire tank is covered with brown algae i tried to clean it up but it come back next day

What are you using for top off water and what salt do you use. Is there anything that you're dosing in your tank?

Might want to recheck your ph thats really high especially if you reduced light
