My LFS water smells like dead fish

Bought a frag this weekend from my local fish store and noticed the water that came from the frag tank smells.. pretty strong like dead fish. I have bough many items from them in the past and never noticed it. Even bought a frag 2 or 3 weeks ago and either it wasn't there or just didn't notice but this time was very noticeable. I didn't put any of it in tank (like usual) and frag has looked fine. Should I be concerned and avoid?

I even considered letting them know but who knows how they will respond to that.

When my tank gets that "low tide" smell, I know it's time to change the carbon.
