I just purchased a great book - a must have IMO if you have TBS rock: Reef Creature Identification - Florida, Caribbean, Bahamas. Thanks to this book, and other info foud on RC, I think I have finally ID'd everything that came on my rock. Here's the list:
viscous sponge
orange ball sponge
red encrusting sponge
sponge anemone
christmas tree worm
medusa worm
social feather dusters
banded porcelain crab
plumed hairy crab (gorilla?)
nassarius snails
bi-valves (no ID on these, but maybe jewel box?)
reticulated brittle stars
blue bell tunicates
lesser star coral
hidden cup coral
tube coral
branching hydroid (possibly - very tiny)
lots of pods
Richard, please don't ever go out of business!!!!
