My Lps seem to be turning transparent

I have a hammer, torch, and frogspawn corals. They are all spaced away from each other and other corals. I have noticed over the last couple of months that they seem to be turning transparent like. I have had these all for over a year now and they use to be darker in color and they use to extend more than they currently are.

I have not added any new equipment to my tank in a while. I was battling HA but the only thing I added was a phosphate sponge to the filter. All tank specs are in my profile.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

Thanks for anyone who responds!!!

What is your parameters right now? What were they like the last couple months? What is your current setup? We need more information to be able to help.

How long have you had them?
What's your phosphate levels? (got a hanna phosphorous meter?)
What's your nitrates at?
What's the lighting like where they are? (got a par meter?)
What's the flow like where they are?
Running activated carbon of some sort?
Water change schedule?
Do you dose anything?

I've kinda had the same issue. It mostly depends on colors. All my greens are excellent purple not so bad but every other color isn't so nice. I've tried reduced lighting no help tried bringing blues up and whites down no help. My nutrient levels grow sps so lps should be fine. I do test nitrate which is 5 or lower
