My new 120.

I got a 120 gallon aga tank stand and aga mega flow model 4 wet/dry from work last week. I wanted to do a step by step but i work 50 hours a week so this is the best i could do. I up graded from a 75 with a over flow box and a tidepool 2 wet/dry. I sold all my softies at work and now i only have sps, clams and a few zoanthiads. I also took all my sand to work for there reef tanks. BTW i work at a fish and bird store called The Aviarium in duluth G.A. So now i have a 120 dual mega flow aga bare bottom tank a new stand and the aga megaflow model 4 wet/dry. I removed all the bio balls and replaced them with live rock and sold the bio balls back to work i know i sell a lot back but this set up cost me a lot lets say i wont get a check for 2 weeks. I plan on posting all my new toys im getting soon and all the new sps and clams i get as well. I took this pic 4 days ago and have since changed a few things around and sold and bought some new corals. I also am stocking the tank with fish and will be posting pics of all the new fish to. Let me know what you guys thing.

I got a 8"metallic foxface, green pavona, 20 scarlet hermit crabs a red crocea clam, 20 lbs of live rock and a new XM 10k bulb since this pic. Ill have to get the other bulb in a few weeks in broke lol.

Thanks i just wish i had some larger sps frags they were all free frags from fiends so there all about 1" inch long but i have blue tortuosa, green slimer, blue slimmer, green and orange cap, super girl montipora, blue tip acro and a bunch of others.

I just got a ton of new sps and a 9 inch tear drop maxima plus a ultra blue maxima. Today i picked up a copperband butterfly and 2 cleaner wrasses.

You have no idea how much better it is for me i never liked the sand in the fisrt place. I use to have to clean off the glass once a day now its more like once a week. I had cyno bad for 3 months after the change its all gone. I had to clean off the rocks every week now there is nothing there when i do. I thought my tank would be messed up at first with me removing a 4 inch sand bed that i have had for 4 years and moving every thing to a new tank and wet/dry but when i checked my test every thing was at 0 and my calcium alk and ph is where it was always at. Im verry happy i changed plus since i have no sand bed i could sell all my snails and things i had in my sand bed to stir it i sold 130 snails and 1 sea cucumber and a few other things. I took all my sand to work and gave it to them to redo the reefs with.

I just wish some one told me 4 years ago that i could do this i never liked the sand. Plus im going to get zoanthiads to cover the bottom and sides later.
