What do you guys think about the growth of that green milli that I got from the meeting back in August?

Also, what do you think about my new stuff? Are those xmen?

Love that pic of your Kole... What camera/lens are you using??? Also, that merletti would color up a bit more if you set it a bit more in the shade... Great pics though... Nice collection...

P.S. All these pictures were taken either with or without flash under a Single 250W Hamilton 14k SE. No modifications or doctoring except an unsharp mask.

Thanks for the comments. Those are all pretty much hangin around the bottom of the tank except for the milli. Did you compare the growth to the earlier gallery? All the growth was under 2x96W PC.

Yea, I'm happy I got a healthy Kole Tang. I've seen it start picking some at the hair algae. I wonder how long its going to take before it puts a dent in it.

FWIW that is "Evil Mel's green mille"..at least I think that's the one yall broke up at the meeting. It will really take off in growth in about a year or so. This is what it looked like a few months before I took it into the Critter...upper left corner:

Thanks Chris! Thats definitely it. I'm just a little suprised at its growth considering the lighting i was using and how i never look at tank params. =\ I'm such a lazy reef keeper!


Also in case you missed it ct_vol... merletti??? the blasto? ?

Looking good. The rainbow monti I got from EvilMel is looking really similar to your Superman monti right now. The blue has gotten much brighter and the polyps are becoming all orangish red. I am beginning to wonder what it really is.

the tank looks great! and chris, i wish i could swap secrets with you..... youre 6 motnh growth pics i saw are crazt. i measure growth by the inch every 6 months and it seems you measure by the linear foot <~~~~steve
