if it were me i would go with the H & S just due to the amount of watts you would save or even a euroreef with the new eheim pumps(would save you a little more $).....sure Bill makes some great skimmers but that would be a little overkill on anything less then 1000 gallons IMO

Not that either one wouldn't be awesome, but I have a ER CS8-3 on my system (160g total), and it skims great, but can only take out so much. What I'm saying is you may waste more money than it will actually help. JMO, and of course if you have the money get it (I would if money wasn't a problem...).
