A gallon a day to be safe and make sure the water is premixed at least the day before and well aerated and temp matched. And just keep that up for 4 or 5 days and if it's still not enough you could then go up to 2 gallons a day for another 4 or 5 days.
Slower change even good ones in particular in a smaller system is key.
A system of that size water changes are easy and a phosban reactor might pull phophate levels down too much too fast and thereby shock the delicate SPS frags. If it was 50 or 90 gallons I'd say go phosban route. I wouldn't try that on such a small system.
