I have a ricordia that I added in December and it was doing well until about the first of March. Since then it has shrunk but the mouth remains vibrant green. It almost looks like it is moving and at times maybe even splitting. There is a brittle star that has moved in underneath of the rock it is on (which is glued down) and I thought this might be irritating it. But no one else who mentors me agrees that this would be enough to make it shrink. And if that is the problem, how might I get the starfish out from under the rock to see if that helps?
