I think theres something wrong w/ my sandbed, its changing to a dark brown, is this normal, it doesnt look to nice.

diatom bloom...its normal in new set-ups. you are overfeeding or adding to many suppliments. has your cycle completed? sometimes they will reoccur due to those reasons and detitus from your LR and flow. 10X's flow minimum in saltwater. 29G should have at least 300GPH turnover. i dont think the eclipse comes close to that. i used to have one. i would suggest a small powerhead in left and righ side of the tank.
JDM...

I have a small powerhead (Rio 800) on the right top of tank and I modified the hood to fit an AquaC romera Skimmer on the left side of tank next to original powerhead.

My tank is almost 1 month old and i have one fish (lawnmower blenny),

is this a good thing?, what is diatom?, should I lower my powerhead?, anyother sugg to get rid of this, and will it eventually go away?

aquaC has 290GPH but you cant judge PS in that manner, they have less direct flow. i dont know how much an 800 is rated in GPH. diatom is simular to alga, yes i would lower the 800 just enough to move just the surface without creating a sandstorm. sally lightfoot crabs, red leg hermits, and the blenny if you lower the amount of free food will consume it. with 10% water changes every other day and with phosguard or simular product in your filter. nitrates and phosphate usually can be a contributor also.
JDM..

No worries, mate. Diatoms are a totally normal part of the cycling process. Don't be surprised if it is followed by a green hair algae bloom. All should go away on its own in time. Keep using RO/DI water if you aren't already and all should be good. ;)
