My Tangs have ICH

Being new to the Hobby I didn't realize how important it was to quarantine your new fish and now my tank has a bad case of ICH. Two Tangs and a Fox Face are now starting to show signs but are very healthy otherwise and eating well. I am getting a 30 gal tank from a buddy tomorrow and was wondering if a 30 gal is big enough to perform hyposlinity on 10 fish in a tank that size. Any suggestions anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

1 scopus tang 3"
1 Fox Face 4"
2 small clowns
1 sleeper gobbie
1 watchmen gobbie
1 fire fish
2 small chromis

I wouldn't put all those fish in just a 30 gal. You will be fighting a never ending ammonia battle. Maybe split them up into 2-30 gals (or 1 larger tank). Also, I would look into Cupramine over hypo.

Thats what I thought

Thats what I thought

Yeah, I thought a 30 gal would be over crouded. Guess I am going to have to spring for a bigger QT tank. I think a 55 or 75 might do. Also I think I will go with Copper over hypo just becuase the high margine of error that hypo seems to have. Any other thought, suggestions, or comments would be great. Thanks!
