My Tank is now on E-bay!!!!

Peter, I bought the tank used. So I don't know how old it is. I have had it for over 2 years. It is in good condition, but does have some scratches on the front. You are welcome to come by and look at it. PM me if you want my contact info.

Jaykashuda, It is being bid as a complete package.

Thanks,
Chris

Current Bid price is 299.00.

Several people have added it to the watch list.

Going to be exciting. Might be hard for me to wait till Tuesday for it to end!!!!

Chris

Peter,

I think the tank is all-glass. I do not know who made the stand. But it is very nicely done. Not that cheap pine stand like you see at the large box fish stores.

Thanks,
Chris

Chris, I'm still interested in the stand and lights, if you decide to part out. Depending on the scratches, I may be interested in all hardware but no livestock

John,

I cannot part out with it now. The system has a bid on it, so it will be sold.

BTW, if any one is curious it is currently going for 299.00 dollars.

Thanks,
Chris

Tripp,

The skimmer is an Aquatic Life Support Skimmer. It is powered by a Maxi-jet 1200. The 660 ballast is about 2 years old. The bulbs are about 6 months old.

Thanks,
Chris

PS - The action ends about 8:30 PM tonight!!!!

John,

No I am not tankless. I have a 120 gallon tank setting empty in my garage. I think it is going to break my wallet setting it up. I am moving homes on May 23 and I know it will take a couple of months to get it set up and running. But at least I have a project to keep me busy. (-:

Poknsnok,

I believe the price that the tank sold for is a fair market value for my set up. I had three people bid over 500 dollars for the setup. If you add up what this system would cost them piece by piece you will see they got a deal. Not to mention, one person has already contacted me to buy the tank if the winner doesn't come through.

Everyone,

My e-bay experience has been excellent. I would recommend everyone try it. One think I think is important is not to have a reserve and start the dollar amount low. I see someone else has posted a 58 gallon tank. I know they will get fair market value for this tank, too.

Ebay is great... I love it... However, if people start posting a lot of ebay links here I'm sure there will be an ebay-ban just like in the forsale forums.
