MycoBacterium POSSIBLE

Hello all, my second post on the forum

So here goes, im new to the hobby got alot of learning to do, kinda got thrown into it head first... instead of taking all proper steps which i would of liked to have done. but thats just the way it ended up and and here I am, hopefully I could get some advice.

So my one fish did die from a bacterial skin infection or clown disease... maybe mycobacterium? nothing was confirmed.. it was a clown fish. got lethargic didnt eat, swam drunkenly..acquired a sudden spot on body.. It was a bit lighter colored from day one.. so i dont think it was 100% healthy when i got it.

Although now that that is over with, im concerned with my tank and other fish within it now too. and pursuing the current tank.

Fyi this is a new tank 3 1/2 weeks old.
turbo snails, red and blue hermits and 2 green chromis all seemingly healthy...
sand and live rock of course.
getting a diet of mixed garlic saltwater infusion of shrimp and brine combination platter.

I have been keeping close tabs on my other fish since this.. and on my green chromis I have yet to inspect the two of them both side by side, but the one when sleeping i can see greyish circular spots within its body when its sleeping.. but when it awakes. it becomes vibrant and energetic and seemingly normal happy and healthy.. but the spots when sleeping concern me...

I have yet to be able to inspect the other fish during its sleep like i did the one, but in the mean time i dont know if im overanalyzing or what.
just want some more insight... has anyone else noticed these spots on their sleeping fish?
