Mysterious white spots

Hello,
I have a clownfish with 2 raised white spots on the right side of its face.

I don't think it is ich because she has had them for 3 or 4 weeks.
I don't think it is brookynella because the other clown is fine and everything else seems normal.
The fish is acting normal, coloured fine, eating like a pig, and is not producing any extra slime.

Is there anything else it could be? Could it be ich cysts that decided to stay on the fish? I do have ich in the system - my tang had some spots. If they come back, I will take all the fish out and put them in QT.

I'm contemplating a FW dip to see if they fall off. Thoughts?

Tank background:
-220 gallon, 75 gal sump
-Running since January
-Ammonia - 0, Nitrate < 10ppm.
-SG - 1.024
-5 small fish in the aquarium (1 damsel (.75"), 1 hippo tang (1"), Coral Beauty (2"), and 2 false percs (1" and 2").

Thanks for your help.
