Mystery Coral

[Bongo Shrimp]

I saw this coral listed as "species unknown" by the seller and was wondering what it is. I myself have no clue other than gonipora?

I wasn't even sure if it is LPS, SPS, or Soft (kinda look like palys?)

Any ideas?

If this must be moved- fine. I wasn't sure about where to put it since I can't even tell the type.

Could be zoanthids? Can you get a pic when polyps are closed?

I did not buy it. I try not to buy things without a proper ID. It is a pic from the seller so that is the only pic I personally have seen of it.

Good. Looks like either palythoa or zoanthids based on visible rock under it.

Yeah but this seller has other zoas and palys so I think they would be capable of determining if they were a zoa or paly.

This is weird.

Occasionally you see Goniopora that look kind of like that. That would be my guess.
