Mystery Wrasse Problem

I woke up today and noticed to my surprise that my mystery wrasse wasn't comming out for his usual breakfast. This made me a little concerned. Finally he came out from the rock work, looking like he's just been in WWIII. He has one big gash on the upperpart of his back, coloration is all funky, now more skiddish, still swimming around (swims fine) a little bit but moslty hiding in the rock work.

My water parameters are all of no concern. My other inhabitants include a linneatus, christmas, bluespot jaw, longnose hawk, mandarin and a diamondsided goby. Inverts: snails, a few hermits, clearners and fire.

I'm thinking he was jumping around and cut himsself on something sharp, anyways any idea of what it could have been, a fight? just hurt himself swimming through rocks? and any idea of if he'll be able to recover? anything I can do?

The mystery is swimming around a little bit more, so I was able to get a better look at him, he's definately got a tore up fin to, so at this point it was probably a fight.

the christmas wrasse I believe was the culprit, he's always been the aggressive one towards most of the fish. at one point I had to take back a lime green coris cause his was about to kill it.

I just hope the 5 bar can recover, its such a beautiful fish.

how big is the christmas? They can get a little aggressive once established. If the mystery is eating and swims fine, he should pull through. they are tough lil fish :)

christmas is rather small, most of the fish are, the only someone larger one is the linneatus which is peaceful. I think i figured it out, Mr. Mystery decided to sleep in a tunze stream which was off at night and then was cut u and blown out of it in the morning. He's one tough fish and is almost back to his normal (but ugly) self; still haven't seen him eat yet.
