Mystery wrasse still having problems

I posted on here before about a mystery wrasse with popeye. I treated with epsom salts and maracyn. I was also battling trates in my QT tank for some reason im not really sure why. After treatment even though his eye was not deflated i moved him back into display tank because i knew the water quality was better. Now im stuck as to what to do. The wrasses eye has deflated alot but it is still big. I am also pretty sure he is blind in one eye because he seems to run into things alot. Just not sure what to do i picked up maracyn 2 hoping for better results but maybe i should just leave him be?

is the eye cloudy or just pooped? Can you post a pic? Is the fish eating?

eyes are not cloudy or pooped haha one of them just looks swollen and irritated. The fish is eating very little and does not actively compete with the other fish in the tank for food. BUT he does swim around the tank a good bit and bumps into things i think because he is blind in one eye or partially. I dont have any good camera to post a pic ill try with my phone tonight and see what happens

As long as the wrasse is getting enough food maybe you can try a medicated food or in the display holding box so he does not bump into things and cause an infection!
