Name of this Damsel

Hah, always cute when their little, actually using him on cycling, as new nano tank. If the Emerald Crabs make it as attached to live rock, perhaps a good match.

Thanks for the info!

Great book for new fish keepers

New Marine Aquarium, on Amazon for under $15

Pros and cons on cycling with live, always a debate. I cycled clowns years ago, lasted years but understand. Back in the day no cultured water available as now, less knowledge on salt water, ended up making green water with fresh, used well water not filtered used now. This hobby has improved tremendously. Hope to have fun with the nano setup.

Orange Honey Damsel or Orange Honey Chromis Damsel? I've seen it before and that was what I came up with in my own search. My assumption is that the coloration only appears in the juvenile fish, meaning picture searches don't work well.... I could be way off though, its just a guess

I posted the scientific name above. That is the most reliable name to use for your searches.

Someone may label it a chromis, but it is not.

Why would you record a video with the tv blaring in the background? It's difficult to hear what you are saying. I'm sure you can tell this when you viewed the video yourself.

Its scientific name is not Frank! jk, but that is all I saw in the post above, missed the actual scientific name. Must have been "quick scanning"..

Personally I'd turn off the sound while viewing the video as images nearly came out, however now my concern tho now only nearing 3 weeks on this setup that this tiny monster just might survive, horrors. That is scary.
