I agree with Justin. Cyphastrea doesn't plate, and those bumps/striations in the tissue are very distinct to Echinopora. Astreopora has the bumps, but no lines.

Looks more like echinophyllia to me. Echinopora typically has much smaller eyes.

They are, look at the zoos in the background for size reference.
