Nano AIO tank and Anemones

I have been out of the saltwater game for almost 2 years now. I am considering getting some kind of AIO Cube and upgrading the lighting to LEDs.

My question is; Could I keep a Bubble Tip Anemone in a 12 or 14 gal tank? Or should i be looking at the 28 or 29 gallon cubes.

I am only going to keep the anemone and 2 clown fish.

I kept BTA's and a sebae in a 24gallon AIO nano cube with perfect success (on separate occasions). The Sebae had to be re-homed when it got too big though. And the tank only had 50/50 power compacts. They strived perfectly. Although I would recommend doing the lighting upgrade.
